The Small Steps to Healing includes 8 videos, 1 audio and a workbook.
And because making a difference and helping you are important to me, the cost of the five steps is just £47. That’s great value for 40 minutes of content, 10 exercises AND 20 minutes personal coaching.
It consists of five steps, each has at least one short video or audio and there’s a workbook with a summary of the key points, additional inspiration, and prompts to reflect on what you’ve learned and how you’ll put it into practice.
You can go through the steps at your own pace, revisiting them as often as you want.
And as a bonus if, after buying the pack you complete the Let Go and Move On Programme, I’ll deduct the cost of the Steps from your final invoice.
When you’ve completed all five steps you will:
- Know how to control your world, control what you think and control how you feel so that you’re no longer a victim and instead are starting to take back control of your life.
- Be aware of when you’re beating yourself up and know how to practise self-kindness instead.
Understand how positive beliefs can help you and have five of them at your fingertips for when you need them most.
- Be listening to your self-talk for words and phrases that limit you and you will know how to change them.
- Know how to exchange those negative beliefs for ones that are more supportive.
- And as a bonus, once you get to the end I’ve included a 20 minute targeted personal coaching session to use as you prefer. So you might want to ask a question about applying the techniques you’ve learned, or what to do next. I have some powerful NLP techniques at my disposal so, for example if you have a belief that won’t go away we could change that in 20 minutes. The choice is yours.
